The Life Audit: Freedom From Self Sabotage
Two sessions. Your whole life story. One clear view of what’s been holding you back. Complete my questionnaire at your own pace, then we’ll explore the findings together in real depth. Uncover the subconscious conditioning and patterns behind your struggles, reset your life and finally move forward. This is perfect for midlife people who have been stuck in self sabotage for decades, and also for struggling couples who are contemplating a split. It's never too late to change.
Heal, Live, Grow: Your Year of Change
A bespoke holistic mentoring framework built around you. Taking the findings of The Life Audit I’ll guide you, gently but firmly, through my Heal, Live, Grow framework. Release the past, then design a bespoke holistic lifestyle that fits who you truly are. Take a full spacious year to make the changes, step by step. Singles and couples can take their time to recover from their issues and begin to move forward into an aligned and contended life.
The Life Audit + Heal, Live, Grow
Begin with The Life Audit to uncover what’s holding you back, then move straight into Heal, Live, Grow to release the past and design a lifestyle that’s truly aligned to you. One continuous journey, with a saving when you book both together.
